Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During product launches, sales, or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Shipping Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, and local conditions.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected pin codes.

• We reserve the right to limit or disable COD for orders that are repeatedly refused or returned without a valid reason.

• Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed deliveries.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

• Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for refunds.

• Re-shipping such orders may require additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear images or videos of the package and product must be shared with our support team for verification.

International Shipping

Currently, Faberelin ships only within India.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
